Accommodation

ATTENTION: In 2019, all the races are starting from Montreux. There is no transportation organized from Leysin or Gryon.

You will find a wide range of accommodation choices on the sites of our various partners listed on this page. But, we will have also prepared, especially for you, a small selection.

Please beware that, because of the Fête des Vignerons occuring in 2019, a much higher occupancy of all accommodation facilities is expected, and we therefore recommend you book your accommodation well in advance.

Choosing an accommodation is not always easy. This is why we have prepared many good tips so that you can find the one that suits you best according to your budget. Our little Freddies will give you a hint about the affordability of the proposed choices.

Naturally, the Montreux Tourism site is giving you the complete listing of accommodations available in Montreux and its surroundings.

Obviously the region also has a large number of camping either along the Geneva’s lake or in the middle of gorgeous alpine landscapes. If you are a tent or camper fan, what better choice could there be, particularly in the middle of the summer? Most of the sites proposed are within 10 km of Montreux.

The Montreux Youth Hostels is superbly located within 15 minutes walk from the start and finish line. This offers a unique combination of fun, sport and comfort, at an affordable price!

Switzerland is not well known for its beds and breafkast, but things are changing rapidely, and you will find an interesting selection of accommodation in local people's homes. This will give you a first hand experience of Swiss hospitality.

Several typical chalets of various sizes or even mountain huts are available in the neighborhood of Montreux, if you are coming in a group. Both sites linked above will guide you to find your ideal place.
